  • Satisfaction with the room, cleanliness, helpful staff.

  • We do not like the payment system by consuming drinks or possibly small food - when the bill has to be paid after 4-5 days in the total payment upon departure! Especially when the guests are foreigners who don't understand Czech (the bill was in Czech) and the amounts are no longer verifiable! The only correct way is to pay for the drink immediately after consumption. Your system is unusual in other countries and also unreliable towards guests, which makes the overall disappointing impression of staying at your hotel.
